Our friend Steve's son, Sam, graduated from high school this past weekend.  So, we headed to Louisville for a graduation party.  Steve and Tara fried fish, had all kinds of sides dishes, and if you left hungry it was your own fault.  The boys were anxious to see and play with Brian again.  They had rented one of those blow up bouncy houses and also had just put up a long swing from a tall tree so the swing swung out really far!  There were other kids there so quite a night of rough-housing and playing with nerf guns!  The boys brought their scooters along and what a treat they had----Brian showed them where he was allowed to ride around his subdivision and to go to a local elementary school where they played.  So on Sunday we walked along with them and Paul rode a bike and Steve rode his motorcycle!  Had a great trip and can't wait to see them again.  Congratulations Sam and good luck in college!

"School's out for summer!!!"  Paul plays this song every year on the last day of school.  I was at a conference but he called and I heard the song and Andrew singing in the background.  Baseball is in full swing with only a few more games to go for Paul and Andrew.  Adam is enjoying his Tae Kwon Doe.  We have officially had our first swim in the Peterson pool!  Woo hoo.   Memorial weekend we went over Friday and Saturday and grilled and had a great time.  Here are the boys swimming in the pool.  Also, on Memorial Day we all loaded up and headed for the lake!  We put in right by the new Egner Ferry Bridge.  Well, not the whole bridge but we got to see the new section that was put in.  The boys jumped off the boat and walked to shore where they caught lots of crawdads in their little nets.  Then they fished a little.  What a wonderful weekend.  The weather was quite warm so perfect for swimming.  The lake usually is not really warm enough to swim for long, but this year was great.
