I did it!!! Here are the boys after my first time giving them haircuts! And they survived. We pretended that they were coming to the barber, and they had to tell me what they wanted, and they had to "pay me" after it was over. During Andrew's haircut, he said, "well, this wasn't so bad after all!" Did he expect me to cut off an ear?
