This weekend we started with a trip to Nolin Lake to visit the Hodges'. The boys got to give Cole all their attention and play with him b/c unfortunately their buddy Brian couldn't come along. Cole is almost 3 now and Adam was the "biggest boy" there! He did a great job being the big boy and playing with Cole. We had a great weekend. We fished Saturday night, slept in Sunday and then went swimming in the lake for a couple of hours in the afternoon. I couldn't believe it was warm enough to actually swim in the lake--usually it's still too cool on Memorial weekend. Steve and Paul limited out both nights with white bass, so here is a picture of them cleaning fish---b/c as they put it, they only fish to provide for the family! Somehow, I think there is more to it than that.
While swimming, Adam and Andrew worked on building a fort with rocks. Here is Adam, just whistling while he works, like he does when he's having a good time. Thanks Steve and Tara, we had a great weekend. See you soon when we go to Mammoth Cave.
